BAR MANAGEMENT (only available with full wedding planning)

For Venues that do not have bar service or for private property weddings we offer bar management and staffing. 

What is included: 

• Advice / recommendations on drink quantities and selections, sourcing.

• Organising the hire of the cool-room and delivery on site.

• Coordination of all bar staff based on numbers of guests. For example a wedding of 100 would require 3 bar staff and 2 runners - this is based on a typical drinks list with a cocktail on arrival and table service.

• Glass hire and management - all glassware washed and packed up for hire collection.

• A washing station.

• All bar equipment and tubs for drinks.

• Full bar pack down at the end of the night.

• All staff dressed in Forethought professional uniform. Definitely dressed to impress.

COST $750.00 inc GST

Additional costs: Bar Staff $50 per hour, Runners $35 per hour.
